A Message from the Worshipful Master
Brothers and Friends,It is a profound honor to serve as Worshipful Master of Biscayne Bay Lodge No. 124 for the year 2026. Five years ago, I took my first steps into Freemasonry, and the journey has been transformative. Now, entrusted with this gavel and this responsibility, I am committed to ensuring that every brother experiences that same profound growth and connection. This year, our lodge will focus on three interconnected priorities that I believe will strengthen us as individuals and as a fraternity.Masonic Education and Ritual Excellence. Our ritual is more than ceremony—it is the foundation of how we transform good men into better men. We will dedicate ourselves not just to conferring degrees, but to truly understanding and embodying the profound lessons they contain. I encourage every brother to pursue proficiency and deepen their knowledge of our beautiful work.Mentoring Our New Members. The third degree is not the end of a Mason's journey—it is the beginning. Every brother who enters our lodge deserves a mentor, a connection, and a clear understanding of what it means to be part of our fraternity. If you've been thinking about getting more involved, I invite you to join me in this essential work.Making 2026 Our Visitation Year. There are remarkable lodges throughout our district and beyond. By actively visiting our fraternal neighbors, we strengthen not only our own lodge but the broader Masonic community. Let us build bonds that extend beyond our own doors and learn from the wisdom and experience of our brothers elsewhere.Above all, I want you to know that I am always available. My door is open, my phone is on, and I genuinely want to hear your ideas. Whether you're a longtime member or newly raised, this is our lodge together. Education and fraternal activities create strong bonds—within our lodge and throughout our district—and I invite every brother to be part of making 2026 a memorable year.To those curious about Freemasonry: we are a fraternity of good men striving to be better. We welcome those who seek personal improvement, moral integrity, and meaningful fellowship. If you are interested in learning more about our ancient and honorable institution, I encourage you to reach out.May this year be one of growth, learning, brotherhood, and strengthened bonds throughout our Masonic community.Fraternally,Viktor YarmakWorshipful MasterBiscayne Bay Lodge No. 124, F&AM
